REM/Rate Software Sub-Licensing
All raters should clearly understand that all audits completed on the REM/Rate audit must be archived, with a standard fee paid to Architectural Energy Corporation, the producers of the REM/Rate and REM/Design audits. All raters must also understand that Architectural Energy no longer offers REM/Rate software licenses directly to individual raters. Licensing is available only through accredited HERS providers.

The annual licensing fee for the REM/Rate audit through KBSI/EERA is $300. This fee includes annual membership in EERA.

REM/Design Software Purchase
The fee for purchase of the REM/Design Audit through KBSI/EERA is $300. This fee includes a one-year membership in EERA. In subsequent years, purchasers of REM/Design will pay the standard $100 EERA membership fee.
